SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • RETURN PROCESS

    Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of the returned items.

    To start a return, head to our contact us page or reach out directly to begoodbigud@gmail.com and include your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange.

    Once your item arrives at our warehouse, please allow an additional 7 days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will be notified with a store credit or an email for a rejected return. If you are not notified, please reach out to us.

    Items must be in their original condition and are subject to denial if they do not meet our standards:

    • Items must not be washed, worn, and/or damaged.

    • Size/wash & care tags must be intact

    Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged, returned, or canceled.

  • TRACKING & Delivery

    Once your order leaves our warehouse, please contact USPS or UPS for any updates regarding the status of your shipment. At that point, it is out of our hands and all we can do is check the tracking number which we have already provided you with.

    Once a package has been marked as "Delivered", unfortunately there is nothing we can do. First, please contact your local post office to further inquire about the packages' whereabouts. Second, email us so we can stay in the loop about your package. We care about this just as much as you do!

  • SHIPPING POLICY

    Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. We are closed on weekends and national holidays. In stock orders placed after 3 PM EST will generally ship out the next business day. Pre-order items will have their estimated shipping timeline on the product page. We will also send you email updates as the production moves along.

    Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Express Shipping: 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.

  • PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

    Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void.

    *Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*

    For any questions or concerns head to our contact us page. Our customer service is online during the regular business hours of M-F 9 am-5 pm. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive a reply. If you do not receive a response, please resend the email and check your spam.

  • Policy Exceptions

    We made a mistake in your shipping information.

    We didn't catch excessive damage and did not describe or detail the damage with photos.
